The University of Wyoming International Human Rights Clinic represents asylum seekers in affirmative and defensive applications before USCIS and the Executive Office for Immigration Review. The Clinic also handles appeals based on the denial of asylum, withholding of removal, or relief under the Convention Against Torture. The Clinic also considers representation in select cases involving humanitarian forms of relief, including U visa, VAWA, and SIJS petitions.
